Machine Tools Group Co., Ltd. Casting Bay has a history of more than 50 years for
casting, is the manufacturing basis of cast, and also provide all kinds of best
quality cast to vast customers.
We can provide gray iron: HT100-HT350, nodular iron: QT600-2, QT700-3,
QT400-18, QT-H200; high strength wearable alloy cast iron; MTCuCr-250; and vanadium
and titanium wearable cast: MTVTi250.
Casting Bay has 250 employees at present, including 25 engineer and technicians,
18 managerial staff, more than 200 workers. We have complete set of CAE system,
integrated by computer aided casting technique design CAD system and simulation
of casting process, forecast of casting flaw, technique optimization and resulting
display.
Depending on solid technical force, reliable quality, good credit and knight service,
Casting Bay established long term well cooperative relationship with many enterprise
at home and aboard, such as Nihon Koyo Machine Tool, Mitsubish Machine Tool, GOSS

detection center of the Group, we have advanced physical and chemical detection
